Venue and hotel

Olde Mill Inn is at

225 Route 202Basking Ridge, New Jersey.

Wierenga and Saez room block - Group ID 609283

The venue is also a hotel, so staying on property is the easiest option. The wedding room block has a reduced rate, so we recommend booking through the block if you plan to stay there.

To reserve, follow either option:

  1. Call the front desk at 908-221-1100 and reference Wierenga and Saez.
  2. Book online at oldemillinn.com by choosing Book Your Stay, selecting your dates, and entering group ID 609283. The room block is held until Sunday, April 11, 2027.

Train

Basking Ridge Station is the local NJ Transit stop on the Gladstone Branch. If you come by train, plan a short pickup or rideshare from the station to Olde Mill Inn, and check Sunday schedules before booking.

Airports and rides

Newark Liberty is the simplest major airport for most guests. LaGuardia and JFK may offer more flight options, but usually mean a longer New York-area transfer. A rental car or rideshare is the most direct way to reach Basking Ridge.

Schedule

Wedding day at Olde Mill Inn.

4:00 PM

Ceremony

Join us at Olde Mill Inn for the ceremony. Please plan to arrive with enough time to park, find the celebration space, and settle in before the processional begins.

After the ceremony

Cocktail hour

Stay on property for drinks, passed bites, photos, and time to greet family and friends while the reception space is prepared.

Evening

Dinner and dancing

Dinner, toasts, and dancing will follow at Olde Mill Inn. Meal choices will be made during the celebration, so the RSVP only asks for allergies or dietary notes.

Late evening

Goodbyes

Final send-off timing will be added after the venue timeline is locked. If you are not staying nearby, plan your ride back before the reception gets busy.

Registry

Gifts are optional. Celebrating with you is the gift.

For guests who would like to send something, we will keep the registry and honeymoon fund links here so everything stays in one place.

Amazon registry

A traditional registry for home, hosting, and everyday essentials. The final registry link will be added once it is ready to share.

Q&A

RSVP basics.

When should I RSVP?

Please RSVP as soon as invitations arrive so we can keep the guest count current. If your plans change later, you can open the same invitation link again and update your response.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Your RSVP shows exactly who is included on your invitation. If a plus-one is included, the plus-one field will appear automatically.

Do I need to choose a meal now?

No. Meal choices will happen during the celebration. Please use the RSVP dietary notes field for allergies, restrictions, or anything the venue should know in advance.

What if I have another question?

Add a note to your RSVP message for anything we should know now. A dedicated question destination will be added if we need one before invitations go out.

Things to do

A few ways to make a weekend of it.

Closest nature break

The Environmental Education Center at Lord Stirling Park is in Basking Ridge and works well for a relaxed walk before or after wedding events. Check current trail and building hours before heading over.

Outdoor half-day

Duke Farms in Hillsborough is a larger conservation destination for guests with extra time. Saturday visits from April through October require a free parking pass reserved in advance.

Food, shops, and history

For a flexible indoor or rainy-day plan, look at Downtown Somerville for restaurants and shops, or Morristown National Historical Park for a history stop nearby.
